Part of a very collectible series of commemorative instruments made in 1990, here is the Rickenbacker 355JL John Lennon model. This is a 6-string instrument in a Jetglo finish, built with an Eastern Hard Rock maple body, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, and three toaster top Rickenbacker pickups, this 355JL having a trapeze tailpiece. A cool quality of the John Lennon collection is that Rickenbacker located some original tooling which insured insure faithful recreation of the headstock, pickguard and nameplate.

A slightly bowed neck on this one. It need a full deluxe setup w/ fret dress. This particular guitar survived a house fire and had previously been re-finished.
